CIT. Journal of Computing and Information Technology is an international peer-reviewed journal covering the area of computing and information technology, i.e. computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information systems, and information technology. CIT endeavors to publish stimulating accounts of original scientific work, primarily including research papers on both theoretical and practical issues, as well as case studies describing the application and critical evaluation of theory.

| IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE AUTHORS
After a number of years of supporting the diamond open access publishing practice (no fees charged to both authors and readers) we are forced to introduce publication fees. This comes as the result of missing institutional financial support that has up to now helped us in performing our mission of ensuring a free-of-charge dissemination of research results mostly by authors from developing countries. Therefore, all papers accepted for publication which will be submitted starting April 12, 2019, will be charged the publication fee in the amount of 450.00 Euro (VAT included).
